“Thank you so much for yesterday! Our owner was EXTREMELY happy with your seminar. I think all of the managers thanked me for having you come. The information was GREAT! They loved the tools they could take with them. And the role playing / practicing was VERY helpful.”
“We appreciate the value and skills that Learning Alliances Company provides us! Our Business Development Department is utilizing the knowledge from the DiSC workshop, “Unleashing My Personal Resources”, to reconsider how we talk (words and actions) and how we can listen for cues in what others’ need from us.
Instead of incorrectly interpreting communication and questioning ourselves, we are able to provide more or less detail, and understand questions are for more detailed explanations in a specific area, silence is about internal processing…and much more. This enables us to focus on communicating in a way that our clients and potential clients can understand. We’ve heard “everybody sells” and we agree. We also agree that all of us can “communicate more effectively” every day. It’s not magic – but it sure is helping! Again, we appreciate this specific training and the value it’s bringing to us as individuals and to the organization.”
