Calibrating Your Ethical Compass

Ethical dilemmas and issues are not reserved for the Enrons of the world but exist in all organizations. Ethical behavior relies on each person consciously defining his/her ethical principles and behaviors. In a world of gray, calibrating one's compass can help you make a safe journey to an ethical decision. Participants will leave this 90 minute session with:

• An assessment of what ethical principles they use in tough situations
• Understanding of universal principles and associated behaviors
• Identification of their own behavior for each universal principle
• Key questions to consider in future ethical dilemmas
