History & Mission

 
Learning Alliances Company was formed in 1993 by Laura Cornille-Cannady. The company was initially created to meet the training and employee development needs of small to medium-sized organizations in the midwest.

Over the years, LAC has grown to provide training, consulting and facilitation to assist individuals and organizations to meet their goals in a variety of competitive climates. LAC has also provided these skills and resources to all-sized organizations including developing small, medium and large organizations including Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States.
 
Learning Alliances Company is a network of diverse resources whose mission is to grow individuals and organizations through the design and delivery of customized training, individual coaching and organizational consultation thereby creating learning and productive environments.

We will accomplish our mission by:
